Anna Lee Manwill

Anna Lee Manwill passed away peacefully in her home on October 25, 2025, at the age of 95.

A longtime resident of Concord, California, Anna spent more than fifty years in the community she loved. She worked for many years at Sugar Plum before proudly becoming the owner, where she built lasting friendships and touched countless lives.

Anna never missed her visits to Paris Beauty College in Concord to have her hair and nails done — and even took a class there in the 90’s. She loved going places, whether near or far, and was always ready for an adventure. Her favorite trip was a cruise through the Panama Canal, and she fondly remembered a cross-country road trip from Concord to New York with her daughter Barbara — stopping at roadside attractions along the way before visiting her grandson.

She cherished company and kept an open door for friends and family, always welcoming everyone with warmth and a bowl of candy on her coffee table. Anna enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening, crocheting, and making bracelets. In her later years, she found joy in her reality TV shows and shopping on QVC.

Anna was preceded in death by her son, Robert Anderson, and daughter, Barbara Colene Wyatt. She is survived by her daughters Joann Silva and Audrey Woods; nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 13th at her home, 2819 Kay Ave., Concord, CA, at 1:00 pm where family and friends are welcome to gather and share memories of her remarkable life.

Anna will be remembered for her generosity, her love of family, her adventurous spirit, and her sweet tooth that she lovingly passed down to generations.
