She was loved by her closest dear friends Ryan and Tammy Voudren.

She had a very strong Christian faith and was a major fan of UT football. She was a collector of stuffed animals, stamps and a great actress. She loved listening to stories, and enjoyed the occasional visit. She was always up for baking cookies with her niece. She could write great lyrics, but would tell you not to let her sing them. She sang better than she gave herself credit for. She loved going to concerts. She enjoyed playing with her boombox while her sister was skateboarding. She was a dancer as well. She absolutely adored Pablo Picasso's artwork. She maintained honors throughout high school, Walter State, and ETSU. She loved family history, and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She also enjoyed listening on the radio to Calvary Chapel sermons.
