Audrey Bedard

Audrey Lucille Bedard (Cameron) was born on October 8th, 1935 in Peguis, Manitoba to Edward Franklin Cameron and Lucille Jane Cummings. She passed away peacefully on September 15th, 2025 in Peguis, Manitoba at the age of 89.
One of 17 children, she is survived by her brother John, her daughters, Yvonne Bedard-Gladue, Sharon Soley, Cynthia Janvier, Andrea Cardinal, and son, Robert Bedard.
Audrey's pride & joy were her grandchildren, Doug Bedard, Bryan Clark, Trevor Bedard, Jessica Yaroshuk, Jennifer Soley, Jessica Soley, Darcia-Rae Gladue, Elizabeth Bedard, Brandon Yaroshuk, Larissa Yaroshuk, Benjamin Soley, Holly-Rae Cardinal, & Eve Janvier. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Audrey committed her life to raising her family and taking care of others. She spent 20 years as a cook at
Edmonton Northlands, and enjoyed several perks during her time at Pacific Western Airlines, as it allowed her to travel with her husband, Henry Odilon Bedard.
Although Audrey spent most of her life in Edmonton,
Alberta, where most of her descendants currently live, she was lucky enough to spend the last decade of her life on her reserve, Peguis First Nation.
Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Henry Bedard; daughter, Donna Marie Bedard; grandsons, Barry Edward Bedard, Nigel Richard Cardinal, Callon Henry Cardinal, Travis John Yaroshuk; great-grandson, Mattie Henry Makokis; son-in-law, Lester Richard Cardinal.
A burial service will take place on Saturday, October 18th at 12:00PM at Westlawn Funeral Home & Cemetery in Edmonton, Alberta.
