Beverly Geline, originally of Louisville, Kentucky, and most recently of Castle Pines, Colorado, passed away peacefully on October 23. She spent much of her life in the Washington, DC area, where she raised her family in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Beverly was the devoted mother of Joanie (Douglas) Knorpp and Joshua (Debbie) Geline, and the cherished Bubby of Jill and Jake Geline. She was the beloved sister of the late Armand (Miriam) Ostroff. During her professional career, Beverly was a healthcare recruiter who made lifelong friendships with several of her placements. Additionally, she was best known for her delicious baked goods, as her true passion was baking for friends and family. Beverly could often be found in her kitchen, wearing her apron and whipping up a dessert.
In her final act of generosity, Beverly chose to donate her body to medical science—a true mitzvah reflecting her lifelong spirit of giving.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal service. Beverly has requested contributions be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
