Brian is survived by his cherished daughter, Aliyah Marie Foster. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Foster; his father, Patrick Mcmenamin; and his sister, Danielle Mcmenamin.
A service to celebrate Brian's life will be held at Liberty Evangelical Church on Saturday, 10/25/25 located at 5215 Linden Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114. The gathering will begin at 10:00 am followed by a service at 11:00 am
