Carl Louis Camastro

Carl Louis Camastro, 75, of Lake Havasu, Arizona, passed away on September 26, 2025.
Born on January 21, 1950, in Evanston, Illinois, Carl was the beloved son of Mario and Maria Camastro. He graduated from Loyola Academy in Wilmette, IL, in 1968 and later played football and attended Indiana State University.
Carl spent the majority of his life in the Chicagoland area, where he owned and operated a catering company. A devoted community member, he volunteered as an assistant football coach at Our Lady of Perpetual Help for 19 years and remained actively involved with Loyola Academy throughout his life. He
will be fondly remembered for his fierce love of football and golf.
Carl is survived by his son, Eric (Paige) Camastro; his sisters, Lisa (John) Nordmann and Rose (David) Pritchett; his sister-in-law, Kathe McNulty; his cherished grandchildren, Spencer, Madison, and Avery; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Theresa; his son, Gavin; his brother, Paul; and his second wife, Debbie.
No formal funeral service will be held. Those who wish to honor his memory may consider a donation to Sister Paulanne’s Needy Family Fund at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, or simply take a moment to remember him in their own way.
