Carol Deanne Feuerstein, 83, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 10, 1942, in Whittier, California, to Arthur Herman Brannon and Agnes Barnett Smith, both of whom preceded her in death.
Carol lived a life defined by curiosity, creativity, and quiet strength. A true multipotentialite, she followed many passions over the years, always eager to learn, explore, and grow. Spiritually minded but not tied to any particular religion, she sought meaning through reflection and the deep connections she formed with others.
She was an avid reader who found comfort and inspiration in books of all kinds. Carol expressed her creativity through pottery, enjoyed the camaraderie and adventure of online fantasy gaming, maintained a lifelong interest in holistic medicine, and loved film photography.
Carol is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Wayne Feuerstein; her children, Daniel Scott Davis and Elaine Carol Smith; five grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Wayne Brannon. She was preceded in death by her brothers Richard Brannon and Duane Brannon.
Those who knew Carol remember her for her gentleness, compassion, and thoughtful presence. In keeping with her wishes, no formal memorial service will be held. Loved ones are invited to honor her life in personal, meaningful ways.
