Caroline Basile,Beloved Wife, Mother,Sister,Aunt,Grandmother,Great Grandmother and friend. Born in Metuchen N.J. Carol moved to N.Y. As a child and led a very interesting life. A self taught artist,she could draw ,paint and play the piano by ear. She was also a dress designer which talent she put to good use when she opened the Yarn Garden in Plainview. Carol not only sold goods but also designed original patterns and created new pieces. She was famous for her warmth and lovely nature as well as her cooking. The door was always open to anyone in need,human or animal. Her kindness knew no bounds. Carol was preceded in death by her husband Giacomo, the love of her life, and leaves behind daughters Rosalie,Marie,Catherine,Carol and Diane. Along with grandchildren Brandon,Nicole,Gina,Antone and Michael and 6 great grandchildren. There will never be another like her 💖 We love you Mom RIP
