Charles Lee Ingram, 82, passed away peacefully at his home on October 28, 2025, in Bloomfield, Indiana. Born on March 12, 1943, in Houston, Texas, Charles lived a life marked by dedication to his country, devotion to his family, and steadfast integrity.

Charles Lee proudly served in the United States Navy for 20 years, retiring in 1988 after a distinguished military career. His commitment to service did not end with his naval retirement; he continued to support national defense as a military contractor for 18 years. He later brought his expertise and discipline to Crane Army Ammunition Activity, where he worked as an ammunition inspector for an additional 12 years. His lifelong dedication to the safety and security of others was evident in every role he undertook.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Charles Lee was deeply devoted to his family. He is survived by Pamela, his beloved wife of 34 years. Together they built a strong and loving home filled with warmth and laughter. Charles was the proud father of six children: Anthony (Sandra) Ingram, Kim Ingram, Teresa (James) Stoker, Kelly Ingram, Tanner (Branda) Buskirk, and Shea Imhausen. His legacy continues through his 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bodhi and Louise Ingram (McCallister), his sister Kathy Ingram, and his grandson Patrick Carver.

May his life of service and love continue to inspire those he leaves behind.

At his request there will be no funeral service or visitation. The family ask that you remember Charles Lee as the wonderful husband, father and friend that he was, whose presence brought strength and comfort to those around him. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
