Charlotte Ann Scarbrough (Moberly) passed away August 16th, 2025 at the age of 82, with her family by her side. She was born and raised in Richmond, Kentucky and moved with her family to Doraville, Georgia when she was 16 years old and graduated from Chamblee High School in 1961. She had an exceptional career with Avon Corporation, working in the Atlanta regional office for 30 years.
Charlotte was happily married for 57 years to her high school sweetheart, Roger Scarbrough, and they had a wonderful life together raising two daughters and then spending so many great years with their five beloved grandchildren.
She was a caring, compassionate and kind-hearted person with an unbelievable sense of humor and an outgoing personality. She always had a positive attitude and wonderful smile to share with others and was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and great friend to so many.
Charlotte will be remembered as an "Angel" that was loved by everyone she met. She will never be forgotten and forever in our hearts.
Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Sharon Baker and Stephanie Miller; and son-in-law, Rick Miller; and her five grandchildren, Katherine Baker, Alex Baker, Andrew Baker, Brooke Miller & Jake Miller and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her family in Kentucky, sister Vivian Robbins, her daughter Amy Rogers and husband Phillip and their sons Owen and Dylan; sister Virginia Reinhart, husband John and their children Isabelle and Zachary.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; her parents, Emma Louise Whitlock Cobb and J.B. Moberly, stepmother Bola Cottrell Moberly, stepfather, Clarence Cobb; and her older sister, Jean Moberly.
