Cora Archer, long time resident of Deer Park, TX, passed away on Wednesday November 5th, 2025 at the age of 70. She is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Imogene Henson and numerous relatives. She is survived by her husband Craig Archer, sister Mabry Terrill, sons Michael, Ryan, Matthew, and daughter Erin. Her grandchildren are Taylor, Emmy, Raigen, Lexy, Grant and Jackson. She passed a couple months shy of meeting her first great grandson.
Cora lived for her children. She grew up a roller skater and eventually became the kids' skating coach for many years. Family life was split half at home and the other at the rink. All members of the skating team and staff were a second family, so bless each and every one of you as well.
After health scares later in life she became the voice, activist and administrator for an online community where she helped so many people who shared the same health issues. This advocacy lasted years until her final weeks when she became physically unable to continue. The thousands of community members will surely miss her tremendously.
Cora was a force to be reckoned with. She was as sharp as a tack with an attitude to match, a true fighter and the strongest woman alive in a very small package. She gave cancer a great fight. God bless her soul and may she finally rest in peace.
