Donald Hall

Donald Clayton Hall Jr., 58, of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away on October 22, 2025. Born on November 27, 1966, in Jefferson City, Missouri, Donald lived a life marked by dedication to his family, a passion for the outdoors, and a warm sense of humor that brought joy to those around him.

Donald earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in nuclear engineering from the University of Missouri Science and Technology. His academic achievements reflected his sharp intellect and commitment to excellence—qualities that carried through every aspect of his life.

He was a devoted husband to Paula Hall and a proud father to Veronica Hauser and Megan Roberts. His love extended deeply to his sons-in-law, Benjamin Hauser and Nicholas Roberts. As a grandfather—affectionately known as “Papa”—Donald found his greatest joy. He cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren: Calvin Hauser, Dorothy Hauser, and Penny Roberts. They were the light of his life and the center of his world.

Donald was the beloved son of Donald Clayton Hall Sr. and Twila Sue Hall. He shared close bonds with his sister Sheri Hurley and brother Craig Hall. Family was always at the heart of everything he did.

An avid outdoorsman, Donald found peace and happiness in nature. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and collecting coins—hobbies that allowed him to connect with others while enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Whether casting a line or sitting around a campfire sharing stories, he created lasting memories for those fortunate enough to join him.

Known for putting others first, Donald had an infectious laugh and an ever-present sense of humor that lifted spirits wherever he went. He was a loving presence who made people feel seen and valued—a true jokester whose warmth left an indelible mark on everyone he met.
