Dorothy Louise Nash

NASH, DOROTHY LOUISE (JOHNSON) of Dallas, TX, passed away peacefully October 20, 2025 at the age of 91. Dorothy was born in Fort Worth, TX. After graduating from Highland Park High School, she attended William Woods College and graduated from Southern Methodist University, where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Dorothy always had a song in her heart. She was an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and sang with her church choir for over forty years. She traveled extensively with friends and family and shared many adventures with her devoted husband, Henry. She is preceded in death by her parents Leartus Robert and Elma Louise (Wille) Johnson, her husband Henry Heath Nash, her son Phillip Brian Morton and her first husband Don Edwin Morton. She is survived by her daughter Susan (Morton) Rowe and her husband David, daughter Leslie Morton and her partner Clinton Popovich, stepdaughter Sara (Nash) Smith and her husband James, grandchildren Christopher Grubbs and his wife Tara, Katy Grubbs and her wife Nat Proctor, Jonathan Grubbs and his wife Julia, Zachary Morton and his fiancé Desti Glavan, step grandchildren J.T. Smith and his wife Callie and Hank Smith and a host of other cherished family and friends. A service will be held at 3:00 pm, Monday, November 10, 2025 at Restland.
