Edward Jay Reilly

Edward Jay Reilly, known to his friends as "Ed," of Nashville, TN passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 74 years of age at his home of recent years in Daytona Beach, FL.

Beloved husband of Shirley, Loving father of Justin Reilly, Adrienne (Reilly) McAlister, Proud grandfather of Damion Rhode, Brooklyn Rhode and McKenna Rhode. He is also survived by his wife's family who accepted him as their own, specifically stepson Dylan and his wife Georgia Fogle and their son, Caleb. Brother to Sandra Monstur of Livonia , MI and Darleen of Carmel, CA and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Freda Reilly, special bother-in-law Robert Monstur, husband of his sister Sandra and father Robert Reilly.

Ed and his love, Shirley lived their dream in Nashville, TN for 10 amazing years before his stroke in 2011 and lived a full life by the ocean until his passing. They were grateful for everyday of the life they shared. He is survived by so many friends and acqaintances. The stories everyone can share are countless.
