Frances Bibbs

Frances (Fran) Bibbs, 82, widow of Leonard F. Bibbs, Jr. died September 7, 2025 in Charlotte, NC. Mrs. Bibbs was born January 28, 1943 in Canton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Edward E. and Kathryn M. Callinan of Norristown, PA. She also lived in Lewistown, Norristown, Collegeville, PA. and Endicott, N.Y. before moving to Monroe, N.C. She worked for Uniform Tube in Trappe, PA. and for Hallmark Cards in Endicott and Monroe. She is preceded by the deaths of her sisters, Barbara Taylor of Clearwater, Fl., and Carolyn Finch of Collegeville, PA. She is survived by her sister Kathryn Simpson of Charlotte, N.C.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on October 18, 2025 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 116 S. Church St., Monroe, N.C. with the Rev. Candis Burgess officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Church Columbarium.
