60, of Woodstock, Il, passed away on September 28th, 2025 at Northwestern McHenry Hospital after suffering a complication of diabetes.
She was born in Woodstock, Il on October 14, 1964 to Theodore D. and Brenda J. Pierce.
She was preceded in death by her partner Ann Steinwart, Uncle-Craig Pierce, and grandparents Theodore L. Pierce, Emma Pierce, and Ethel Pierce.
She is survived by her parents Theodore D. Pierce (Joan) Eureka IL, Brenda J. Pierce-Harvard IL, Sisters-Laura Pierce (Bill)-Harvard Il, Shelly Hernandez (Michael)-Germantown Hills IL, Amanda Ellis (Brett) Dunlap IL, Brother-Burliss Pierce (Courtney) Dunlap IL, Sons-David Pierce (Carrie)-Crystal Lake IL, Anthony Staggs (Carolyn)-Crystal Lake IL, Andrew Staggs-Woodstock IL, Aunt- Diane Pierce, nephews-Jeremy Pierce, Justin Pierce, Michael Hernandez Jr., Levi Hernandez, niece-Emma Hernandez, cousins, great nieces/nephews, and many lifelong friends. Her pride and joy were her 10 grandchildren-Cameron, Mason, Logan, Corey, Addison, Rosie, Reyna, Cobain, River, and Izza.
Jamie loved cardinals, music-especially 80's rock and Melissa Etheridge, and shopping for a bargain. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
While our hearts are broken and we will greatly miss Jamie's sarcasm, laugh and stubbornism, we are comforted knowing she is at peace and reunited with her love, Ann.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
