Jeffery Jerome Greene

Jeffrey Jerome Greene, age 59, passed away on October 2, 2025 from complications due to a severe asthma attack. Jeff is survived by his wife Teresa and children, Brittany, Joshua and Chloe, sister Konica and father John. Jeff was proceeded in death by his mother, Barbara. The family is comforted knowing that as a follower of Jesus, Jeff is in Heaven.
Jeff graduated from University of Nevada, Reno and earned his Juris Doctorate at Golden Gate University of Law in 1997.
Jeff’s work as an attorney took the family from the Bay Area to Seattle, Washington. In 2007 Jeff began working for various Global Law Firms oversees in Shanghai, China, Kuwait City, Kuwait, Muscat, Oman and finally to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The family returned to the Seattle area in 2023.
Those who knew and worked with Jeff are filled with gratitude for the many roles he played in their lives. Jeff was a husband, father, friend, mentor and colleague. His loss has left a profound impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Jeff was hardworking and dedicated in his professional and personal life.
Jeff was a prolific writer and speaker wit. He authored, co-authored, and edited more than 20 published articles. He was the managing editor and co-author of The Mergers & Acquisitions Handbook – A Guide to Negotiated Transactions (First Edition). He enjoyed speaking, writing, cooking, travel, mentoring and time h his family.
The family would be greatly encouraged by any comments about the impact Jeff had on your life.
In the wake of his passing, the Greene family faces a new challenge: the burden of incoming medical bills that accompany such a significant loss. While the heartbreak they are experiencing can never be fully alleviated, those who knew Jeff can come together to provide the financial support they need during this difficult time.
