Jeffrey Scott Kessler, 66, passed away on October 29, 2025, in Jacksonville, FL after a brief battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Born on June 20, 1959, in Jacksonville, FL, Jeff was a lifelong resident who cherished his community and the outdoors.

Jeff, affectionately known by many as Papa K, Z, GW dedicated over four decades of his career to Reliatex, where his hardworking nature shone brightly. He graduated from Wolfson High School in 1978, which marked the beginning of a lifelong journey of commitment and resilience.

An outdoor enthusiast, Jeff's hobbies included golfing, boating, fishing, enjoying cruises, jeep rides, and most of all spending time with his family, especially the 6 grandkids. He found joy in tinkering in his garage, fixing anything he could get his hands on, earning him the title of the ultimate Mr. Fix It. He took exceptional pride in his pristine yard. His happiest moments were spent watching his grandsons ride dirt bikes, spending time with his family, and being the life of the party.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Alyson Kessler; his children, Jordan Kessler (Natalie), Emily Kessler (Aaron), and Katie Metzkes (Max); his grandchildren, Callie, Waylon, Tyson, Ryder, Georgia, and Burke; as well as his brother, Gary Kessler, and sister, Patti May (Wayne). He was preceded in death by his parents, Alan and Marcia Kessler.
