Kristine Catherine Tiger of Ballston Spa, New York, passed away October 28, 2025.

Born May 9, 1989, she was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Known affectionately as “Tige” by those closest to her, Kristine will be remembered for her loyalty, humor, and the way she loved to “jam out.” She loved soccer, boating and was an avid snowmobiler. She was an adventurous spirit and a true mix-tape enthusiast who believed every moment deserved its perfect soundtrack.

A graduate of Herkimer College with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Kristine went on to manage several retail stores, where her eye for style and her natural ability to connect with others made her shine. She loved putting together outfits, keeping up with modern trends, and helping people feel their best.

Beyond her accomplishments, Kristine was the kind of aunt who always made time—whether it was for movie dates, heart-to-hearts, or impromptu beauty sessions. Her warmth, humor, and “tips and tricks” will live on in every face mask her niece Lillian wears.

Unfortunately, like so many today, Kristine struggled with addiction. In the past decade, she made many valiant attempts at recovery, but ultimately lost her battle.

Kristine is survived by her parents, John Tiger; her sister, Justine Tiger; her “soul sister,” Brittany Gaetane Townsend; her nieces, Lillian Townsend and Joy Forshay; her nephew, David Forshay; and countless friends who became her chosen family.

Kristine was loved by family and friends alike. Her laugh, her taste in music, and her unwavering love for her people will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
