Born on February 4, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, Leslie grew up with a zest for life that never waned. As a child and young man, he found joy in simple pleasures—riding his bike with fearless enthusiasm and mastering wheelies, or spending hours on the basketball court. These early passions reflected the energy and determination that would define him throughout his life.
Leslie was known for his positive outlook, friendly nature, and unwavering happiness. Whether cheering on his favorite sports teams or enjoying a good movie night at home, he found joy in everyday moments. Above all else, he cherished time spent with his family. His love for them was evident in every conversation, every shared laugh, and every quiet moment of support.
He is survived by his devoted wife Kristen; his beloved children Evan and Megan; his mother Peggy; his brother Lionel; his niece Alexis; and many cousins and friends who were touched by his warmth and kindness. Leslie was preceded in death by his father Lionel and his sister Lori.
Though no funeral service is planned at this time, Leslie’s family invites all who knew him to remember the good times shared and the light he brought into their lives. His legacy lives on in the laughter, love, and memories he created with those around him.
