Lula B. Harmon

Lula B. Harmon age 86 of East Chicago,passed away October 17, 2025 she received her wings to fly away . Lula's life began on October 19, 1941 in Sallis, MS to the late Arthur Sr, and Annie Roby- Harmon. Lula was the third of six children. She attended Sallis High School where she received her diploma. Lula moved to Gary, Indiana in 1961 where she began working for the Gary Community School Corp. After 35 years of working at Ivanhoe Elementary School, Lula decided to retire. Lula had a very special personality, if you knew her, you had to love her. Lula is preceded in death by her son; Parents Arthur Sr and Annie Roby- Harmon; sister Sarah, nephew Lamar Battles, and special friend Harry Jenkins.
Lula leaves to cherish her loving memories, Siblings: Shirley Blacknell, Annie Harmon, Oscar (Brenda) Harmon, and Arthur (Carol) Harmon; Host of nieces and nephews around the globe.
