Malisa Denise Clark (Hunt), age 57, passed away on October 2, 2025, in Conyers, Georgia. Born on April 25, 1968, in Atlanta, Georgia, Malisa lived a life filled with love, dedication, and joy that touched all who knew her.
For nearly three decades, Malisa built a respected career with Southeastern Freight Lines. Her commitment and work ethic left a lasting impression on colleagues and clients alike. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Malisa’s greatest pride was her family.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Kevin Clark; her sons, Joshua (Melissa) Lyle and Timothy Lyle; and her daughter, Jessica (Michael) Evans. Malisa was a devoted Nana to eleven cherished grandchildren: Noah, Emily, Samuel, Aslyn, Jd, Merida, Paul, Annabelle, Dresden, Shane, and Chance. Her legacy continues through each of them.
Malisa is also survived by her father, William (Evelyn) Hunt; and her sisters: Charlene (Charlie) Goss, Lauri (Dan) Ferry, and Kerrie Wisecup. She held a special place in the hearts of her extended family as well—six nieces, two nephews, seven great-nieces, five great-nephews, and one great-great-niece were all blessed by her warmth and presence.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Esther Hunt; and her niece Jennifer Weaver.
Malisa found true joy in spending time with her large family. Whether gathered for celebrations or quiet moments together, she brought light to every occasion with her radiant smile. She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, Nana, sister, aunt, and friend—roles she embraced wholeheartedly.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May the warmth of her spirit continue to bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A celebration of Malisa's 57 years will be held at Conyers Church of God on October 25th at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers the family would welcome donations.
