Maranda Joy Yerk

Maranda Joy Yerk 33 of Marion Illinois passed away on August 22, 2025. Maranda was born June 8, 1992 to David and Sandra Yerk of Maranda was loved by many many people and had a large following on social media. She was gorgeous, smart, funny, talented, and generous. Maranda loved to smile and laugh. She lived life to its fullest “her own way” and made no apologies for who she was to anyone! She was her 100% authentic self. She will be missed deeply by many people. She was preceded in death by her father David Yerk on December 5 of 2019. Maranda is survived by her daughter Natylee Kayanna Yerk, age 15. Her mother, Sandra K Yerk, her siblings, James and Anamie Stanton of Humble Texas. Melinda K Yerk of Davis Junction, Illinois. Mariah Breanna Yerk of Stillman Valley, Illinois. She especially loved her grandmother, Joy Ann Stanton of Marion, Illinois. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Maranda selflessly wanted her body donated to science, which was honored. We love you; Maranda, we will miss your laughter and miss you.
