Margaret Ann Noonan (née Kelly), age 77, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Born on August 25, 1948, in Houston, she remained deeply connected to her hometown throughout her life, even as her adventures took her to places near and far.

Margaret was the beloved daughter of Mary Jo and Warren Kelly, who preceded her in death. She was also predeceased by her husband, Joe Noonan. She is lovingly remembered by her son, Christopher Thomas, and his wife Sheri, with whom she spent her final years living with. Margaret found great joy and comfort in their care and companionship, along with the constant presence of her cherished dog, Ruby, who had been by her side for 15 years.

A dedicated professional, Margaret worked for several years as a paralegal at the Larry Harrison Law Firm in Sugar Land, Texas. She took great pride in her work and found fulfillment in her career. Her passion for the legal field was sparked during her time living in California, where she earned her paralegal certification. Her time there, as well as her travels to places like Paris, reflected her adventurous spirit and love for new experiences.

Margaret had a deep affection for her family. She is survived by her brothers: Alton Kelly (Susan), Michael Kelly (Stormy), and Jay Kelly (Araceli). She was a devoted aunt and adored all her nieces and nephews: Jason (Jennifer), Timothy (Karyn), Tamra, Michael (Christine), David (Elizabeth), John (Alexis), Stephanie (Ian), and Kristina. Her legacy continues through her 18 great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom she delighted in spoiling.

She was known for her warm heart, infectious laughter, and love of conversation. Margaret treasured time spent with friends, especially on trips—whether it was a getaway to California or a dream visit to Paris. She loved to read, to laugh, and to share stories, always bringing joy to those around her.

Margaret's final years were marked by love and care, surrounded by the people and pets she held most dear. Her presence will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

May her memory bring comfort and peace to those who loved her. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 01:00 PM at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church 1819 Heights Blvd. We invite all who loved her to attend.
