Mary Martha "Meemaw" Naticchioni (née Morgan), age 82, passed away on October 6, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on July 5, 1943, in Liberty, Kentucky, Mary brought warmth and joy into the lives of all who knew her.
Mary was the beloved daughter of Charles and Thelma V. Morgan. She grew up surrounded by a large and loving family, which shaped her deep appreciation for connection and togetherness. Throughout her life, she remained close to her siblings—cherishing the bonds they shared. She is lovingly remembered by her brothers Jimmy Morgan (the late Lela) and Larry Morgan (Maureen). She was preceded in death by her siblings Edward Morgan (Joy), Nancy Tucker (Marshall), Jane Herrington (Jimmy), Joe Morgan, and Billy Morgan.
Mary's heart was always with her family. She was a devoted mother to Sherri Williams (Steve), Jeffrey Kessler (Emily Jo), Elizabeth Hart (David), and Wendy Banas. Her love extended deeply to her grandchildren: Emily Coates (Terry), Tessa Nassif (John), Lillian Williams, William Hart, and Christina Nassif. Her legacy continued through her great-grandchildren: Ian Pond (Samantha), Charles Pond (Jaden), Lucas Pond (Haley), Kinleigh Nassif, Kayden Fields, Bryson Fields, Charlotte Nassif, Jude Luginbuhl, and Evelyn Luginbuhl. She also had the joy of knowing her great-great-granddaughters Ava Pond and Zoey Pond.
Mary's life was enriched by the love she shared with Stan Banas—the love of her life—whose companionship brought her immeasurable happiness.
She carried with her a vibrant spirit that lit up every room she entered. Fun-loving and warm-hearted, Mary embraced life fully and found joy in every moment spent with those she loved. Her caring nature left an indelible mark on generations of family members who will carry forward the values she embodied.
She faced loss with grace and strength, including the passing of her grandson Ronnie Nassif and great-great-granddaughter Addison Pond—both of whom held special places in her heart.
Mary's memory will live on in the stories shared around family tables, in laughter echoing through gatherings she once led with such joy, and in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
