The Life Story of Pastor Glenn Winston Cundiff, Sr.
A Life of Faith, Family, and Faithfulness

On a cold winter morning in Gary, Indiana, a light was born into the world. That light was Glenn Winston Cundiff, Sr. Glenn came into this life on January 20, 1963, to loving parents Maxine Curry and Robert Cundiff. From his earliest days, it was clear that the hand of God rested upon him. Glenn carried a gentle spirit, a caring heart, and a desire to please God even from a young age.

He received Christ at an early age and committed his life fully to serving the Lord. His faith and devotion were evident to all who knew him. Growing up in the Cabrini-Green projects, Glenn faced challenges that would shape his character and resilience. Even in a tough environment, he demonstrated a natural talent for sports and a protective spirit, especially towards his two younger brothers, Victor (Steve) and Dennis Woodley, and some of his cousins whom he guided and defended through life’s trials.

At just 20 years old, he was ordained as a minister of the Gospel under the leadership of Bishop Michael Butler. Shortly after, he was ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ, after what was recognized as record-breaking testing times. Those who witnessed that season of his life saw a young man whose heart was fully yielded to God’s call—a true servant in the making.

In 1983, while attending Kings Highway Deliverance Church, Glenn met the love of his life, Prophetess Antoinette Cundiff. What began as a divine connection blossomed into a lifelong partnership in love and ministry. The two would go on to share an unbreakable bond, united by faith, vision, and purpose. Together, they built a beautiful family and an enduring legacy of ministry that would touch countless lives.

Their union was blessed with six wonderful children, and they are also the proud grandparents of twenty-three beloved grandchildren. Family was at the center of Pastor Glenn’s heart, and he took great joy in being a husband, father, grandfather, and spiritual father to many.

Alongside his ministry, Pastor Glenn was a dedicated and hardworking man. He faithfully served as an employee of the United States Postal Service, where he worked diligently for many years. His strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity earned him the respect of his coworkers and supervisors alike. He viewed his work not just as a job, but as another opportunity to demonstrate God’s love and character through service.

In 1998, Pastor Glenn and Prophetess Antoinette answered the next great call on their lives and founded Reach Out Deliverance Church. What began with just their family and a few close friends soon grew into a vibrant ministry focused on outreach, deliverance, and transformation through the power of Jesus Christ. Pastor Glenn often said, “You will see the manifested glory of God.”

Through his leadership, Reach Out Deliverance Church became a place of refuge and renewal. Pastor Glenn preached with passion, prayed with authority, and led with compassion. His messages carried the anointing of God and spoke directly to the hearts of the people. He was known for saying what needed to be said, but always in love. His ministry reached the lost, restored the broken, and strengthened the body of Christ.

To those who knew him, Pastor Glenn was more than a pastor—he was a mentor, counselor, and friend. He had a special way of making others feel valued and understood. His heart for people and his unwavering faith left a lasting mark on every life he touched.

Beyond ministry, Pastor Glenn loved life. He enjoyed fellowship, eating, laughter, sports, and spending time with his family. He believed in balance—serving God wholeheartedly while cherishing every moment with those he loved. His home was filled with warmth, wisdom, and joy, and his children and grandchildren knew him as a man of prayer and steady faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine Curry and Robert Cundiff; his grandparents, Earnest and Laura Woodley; and his brother, Dennis Woodley. Their memories and love remained with him throughout his life and continue to live in his family's hearts.

After decades of faithful service and unwavering commitment to God, Pastor Glenn Winston Cundiff, Sr., completed his earthly assignment. On October 21, 2025, surrounded by love, he peacefully transitioned into the presence of the Lord he had served so faithfully.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his beloved wife, Prophetess Antoinette Cundiff; children, four sons Minister Glenn Jr. (Danielle) Cundiff, Antoine (Tiffany) Cundiff, Pastor David (Angelia) Cundiff, Davon (Lindsy) Cundiff, two daughters Leantoinette Cundiff, and LaQui’yonna Cundiff; grandchildren, Makiah, Breanna, Shana, Glenn, Aniyah, Elijah, Noah, Jasmine, Genevieve, Jonah, Uriah, Destiny, Dylan, Destin, Deslyn, David, Briana A., Destinee, Tyrese, Serenity, Davon, Ivana, and Stephen; Brother Victor “Steve” Woodley. Sisters, Virginia Stewart, Carolyn Cundiff, brother-in-law Latrell Chambers, Sister in laws Latricia (Samuel) Roberts, Tasha Banks, and Lakeisha Turner; uncles Willie Dean (Darlene) Woodley and Jimmie (Mary Ann) Woodley; and aunts, Alice Pryor and Travietta Woodley. And a host of loved ones. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025 at Kings Highway Deliverance Church 500 E. Ridge Road Gary, IN 46408. Viewing 9:00AM-11:00AM with funeral immediately following at 11:00AM. He will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
