**Patrice Marietta Hennes**, 58, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, in Temple, Texas. Born on November 11, 1966, in St John, Antigua and moved to St Thomas, USVI as an infant , Patrice lived a life marked by faith, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family and community.

Raised and educated in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Patrice completed her schooling from preschool through high school there. Her professional journey began at WSTA Radio Station in St. Thomas, where she served as a weekend anchor. She later worked at Cyril King Airport and Roy Schneider Memorial Hospital as a PBX operator. Her career also included roles at the Grand Palazzo Hotel in St. Thomas as a concierge before she relocated to Texas.

In Texas, Patrice continued her commitment to excellence through positions at JC Penney and Convergys in Killeen. She later worked with Sprint and Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple. No matter the role or setting, Patrice was known for her strong work ethic and warm demeanor.

A devoted mother, Patrice is lovingly remembered by her children: son D'Andre Weekes and daughters Deidre Jones and De'Shelle Jones. She also leaves behind her beloved mother Marilyn Farquhar; brothers Emile, Oswald, and Bobby; sisters Carol and Janice; as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins whose lives she touched deeply.

Patrice was a born-again Christian who lived her faith boldly and joyfully. A member of St. Christopher Episcopal Church in Killeen, Texas, she used social media daily to share devotions and scriptures—always seeking to uplift others with the Word of God. Her passion for spreading the gospel was evident in every interaction.

Her hobbies included gardening and reading—often paired with moments of reflection on God's promises. Patrice had an eye for fashion; she loved to shop and was always impeccably dressed from head to toe. Her makeup was flawless, her perfume signature—and even during times of illness, she made sure to present herself beautifully so that others would not worry about her.

Those who knew Patrice were drawn to her friendly nature and radiant smile. She was genuine and compassionate—always putting others before herself—and found joy in helping those around her. Her children were the center of her world; everything she did was rooted in love for them.

Patrice lived a full life anchored by purpose and faith. As written in 2 Timothy 4:7: "I have fought the good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith." Her departure has left a profound void in our hearts—but we take comfort knowing that she left behind a legacy of love, strength, and spiritual devotion.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her—and may we continue to be inspired by the light she shared so freely with the world. A Funeral will be held on October 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St Christopher Episcopal Church 2800 Trimmier Rd Killeen, Texas 76542
