Patricia Elizabeth McManus

Patricia Elizabeth “Patty” McManus (née Parish), a beloved mother, friend, and adventurer, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025, in Timonium, Maryland. She was 81 years old.

Born on July 11, 1944, in Plainfield, New Jersey, Patty was the daughter of Edward and Beverly Jane Parish.

Patty was an accomplished photographer with an extraordinary ability to capture the beauty of everyday life. Her photographs reflected her deep appreciation for people, culture, and the world around her. Her work was featured in local art shows and continues to grace the walls of a couple local restaurants in Easton, Maryland—a lasting testament to her artistic vision.

Her zest for life extended into every aspect of her daily living. She loved traveling to new countries, cooking and baking, arranging flowers, decorating for holidays and events with flair, tending to her massive rose garden, antiquing for hidden treasures, attending art shows, sailing, and spending cherished time with friends. Each activity was infused with her signature creativity.

Patty’s life was one of elegance, exploration, artistry, and deep affection for those around her. Her memory lives on not only through the beautiful images she captured but also through the countless lives she touched.

She leaves behind a loving family who will carry forward her legacy: daughter Sheryl Hooke and grandson Nicholas Thompson; daughter Bevin Patrick and granddaughters Sydney and Hayden Patrick; daughter Wynne McManus and wife Kim Rogers; daughter Heather Osborne and grandchildren Hamish Osborne as well as Annabelle, Scarlett, Drew, and Cece Osborne; brother Robert Parish and nephews Graham and Ryan Parish.

Memorial Services will be held at Stella Maris Chapel: 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd, Timonium, MD 21093, Saturday, January 17th, 2026 at 11am ET.
