RAYANNE LEODA STUCK
7/23/1938-9/30/2025

Rayanne Stuck passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 30th, in Canby, Oregon, with Vanessa Coleman—the wife of her grandson Michael Coleman—holding her hand.

Born July 23, 1938, in Cathlamet, WA, she was the oldest of two children born to Raymond Pope and Geraldine Silkey and of two children born to Harold and Geraldine Silkey. She and her family moved to Portland, where she grew up and attended Parkrose High School. Among the many jobs Rayanne worked was one as a waitress at Sayler's Old Country Kitchen, a job she loved because it allowed her to meet people from all walks of life. Rayanne was certainly a people person. Rayanne was an exceptional seamstress who enjoyed making clothes and blankets/quilts for family and friends. Later she became a Realtor, which she enjoyed because it once again connected her with people.

Rayanne met the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Stuck, and they married on December 27, 1967. Throughout their marriage, Bob and Rayanne moved numerous times always embracing new adventures that ranged from owning a dairy farm in Firth, Idaho, to running a motel in Cascade, Idaho. Rayanne loved the outdoors- going for walks, hunting, fishing, camping, and waterskiing. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, puzzles, crafts, card games, watching movies and spending time with animals, especially Elvis, her last dog she owned.

Rayanne had three children from a previous marriage: Bob "Bobby", Gary "Bud", and Becky. With Bob, Rayanne had two more daughters, Bonny and Debby. After Bob's death in February 2009, Rayanne stayed active with her daughters by living in Pocatello, Idaho with Bonny. During her four years in Pocatello, Rayanne was an important part of their daily life. She shared a home with her granddaughter, Amber, while she attended Idaho State University. She also went to her grandson Talon's basketball and football games, joined in on family vacations, and attended many local events. Rayanne also volunteered at Portneuf Medical Center, continuing her lifelong love of helping others and remining active.

After Pocatello, Rayanne moved to Kuna, Idaho to be close with daughter Debby and granddaughter Lyndsey. During her time in Kuna, Rayanne was active with Lyndsey's extracurricular activities in addition to many family gatherings.

In December 2017, Rayanne suffered a stroke that led to her move to Assisted Living in Meridian, Idaho. The following Spring, she relocated to Canby, Oregon where her daughter Becky became the primary caregiver in partnership with Hope Village Assisted Living and Countryside Senior Living. Becky made sure Rayanne was part of all family gatherings, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Birthday parties and the many activities of her grandchildren, Krissy, Lee and Buddy Persing, Michael, Sean and Danielle Coleman. A common statement Becky would say is, "Love you Mama" and Rayanne would reply "Love you More."

Rayanne was preceded in death by her husband Bob, brothers Harold "Bus" Pope, Teddy Silkey and daughter-in-law, Karla, wife of Bud.

She is survived by her sons Bobby, Bud, daughters Becky, Bonny and Debby, along with 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Rayanne, you were ADORED, you will be deeply MISSED and forever REMEMBERED!
