Known for his sharp wit and infectious sense of humor, Richie had a gift for making people laugh—even when he was calling you out on Facebook. His posts were legendary; honest, hilarious, and always delivered with a wink.
Richie adored his two feline companions, who brought him endless joy and comfort. He was deeply involved in the St. Francis House in Boston, where he found community, friendship, and purpose during his journey of sobriety. His commitment to helping others and his ability to connect through shared experiences made him a beloved figure among many.
Whether cracking a joke, sharing a story, or simply being present, Richie brought light and laughter to those around him. He will be remembered for his quick wit, his big heart, and the way he made people feel seen—even if it was through a cheeky Facebook post.
Richie leaves behind a large and loving family, including many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom will miss him dearly.
