Robert Wayne Betsch

Wayne as he was know by everyone entered this world on 11/4/1949 and left us far too soon. Raised on Long Island NY he served a career in law enforcement and always spoke of moving to Florida one day. Five years ago he made his dreams a reality and loved every minute of it.

Wayne lived life to the fullest and enjoyed every day. From his love of horse racing, playing golf, or just going to breakfast with friends, he made the most of his time here. He strived to inject joy and bring laughter to everyone he encountered. Wayne could walk into a room of strangers and leave with a room full of new friends.

Wayne is survived by his son Wesley, his sister Joanne Lott, brother Mark Betsch (Who he finally convinced to move to Florida .... "ugh, really, now you leave") and his horse Reputation
