Royce Ferguson

Royce Brandon Ferguson, 39, passed away on August 13, 2025, in Leavenworth, Kansas. Born on December 22, 1985, in Hartford, Connecticut, Royce brought joy and warmth to those around him throughout his life.

He was the cherished son of George W. Ferguson and Aldrita Ferguson-Hughes. Royce grew up in East Hartford, where he attended East Hartford High School. He later continued his education at Porter & Chester Institute, preparing himself for a professional path with dedication and purpose.

Royce shared a close bond with his sisters, Shana Ferguson-Belmont and Ashlee Ferguson-Cavallo. His presence was a source of laughter and light within the family—his contagious smile and laughter left lasting impressions on all who knew him. He also held a special place in the hearts of his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents Mary & Alexander Ferguson and Adam & Julia Lincoln. Their memory remained an important part of his life.

Royce’s legacy lives on through the love he gave so freely and the joy he brought into every room. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
