Ruthanne "Anne" Brinton Palmiter was born to Ida and Clifford Brinton on Dec. 24,1943. She married Frederick J. Palmiter in 1962 and they divorced in 1982. She leaves behind her children, Ronald Dean (his wife Jana) and Sherry Lynn Palmiter, her grandchildren Jessica, Rhianna, and John Palmiter, and her brothers Charles and Edwin Brinton and their families, along with many friends in the Chelan, WA community.
On September 4, 2020 heaven gained a beautiful and loving angel. She died due to complications from Alzheimer's.
She was a loving mother, Granny Annie to her grandchildren, and big sister to her brothers Charles and Ed.
She was a homemaker for the most part and mother to her children in Miami, FL before moving to Redmond, WA in 1978.
In Florida she worked part-time in a fabric store. This aided her in being able to make clothes for her kids. The most memorable clothes were for 1976, America's 200th birthday.
In Washington, she worked for the phone company, Pacwest Bell, in both Redmond, and Issaquah, WA before retiring.
She moved to Chelan, Washington to be near her daughter, Sherry. She became an active member of the community and her church and led many Bible studies. She often travelled to visit her son Ron and his family in Texas.
She was a wonderful woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
