In Loving Memory of Samuel Ray Davis
It is with heavy hearts and deep love we announce the passing of our beloved one who was called home to the Lord on October 15th 2025.
Throughout his life, Sam touched the hearts of many with his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for family and friends. He will be remembered for his love of cooking, music, and building RC hobby cars.
Sam is survived by his wife, Missy Davis, son, Curtis Davis and fiancée Ashleigh Waldrop, daughter, Heather Webb and husband Mark Burgess, sister Donna and husband Jimmy Don Blocker. Sam leaves three grandchildren, Samuel Kash Davis, Alec Burgess, and Katie Morrison.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Odessa Davis, father, Sam Houston Davis, brother Pat McBride, and sister Charlotte Bonorden.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for December 13, 2025, 2:00pm at Riverwood Commons II, 442 Old Austin Highway, Bastrop, TX 78602.
Rest in peace, Sam. You will be missed dearly by all those that love you.
