Samuel Palacios, Jr

Samuel Palacios, Jr. passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 66, in Roseville, CA. He was born on September 6, 1959 in San Francisco, CA. A lifelong beacon of kindness and humility, he devoted his life to those he loved. His loyalty, warmth and sense of humor will be deeply missed.
Sam graduated from Adrian Wilcox High School in Santa Clara, CA, and dedicated over 25 years of his career to Sutter Health, where his contributions were deeply valued. Known for his genuine and warm spirit, Sam was a nature enthusiast who loved biking, hiking, camping, and racing.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Palacios; brothers Alex, David, and Daniel Palacios; nephew Nicholas Palacios; sister-in-law Ruthie Palacios; and stepchildren Ciara and Brendan Burnham. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Cora Palacios.
Memorial services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Sam's memory.
