Sandra Lucy Charlton

Sandra Lucy Carlton, 78, of Annapolis, Maryland, passed away on October 13, 2025. Born on April 2, 1947, Sandra was a woman of quiet strength and steadfast independence. She lived life on her own terms and never asked for much.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Seegers, and her husband, Scott; her grandchildren, Drew and Brooke; and her great-granddaughter, Liliana. She is also survived by her siblings, Daphne Halling, Pamela Hedderman, and Tracey Adkins.

Sandra will be remembered for her resilience, her reserved grace, and the strength that carried her through life’s challenges without complaint.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date to honor her memory.
