Sandra Jones Sears

Sandra J. Sears, 80, of Auburn, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025, surrounded by family and love.

Born at home in Auburn to Harold and Margaret Jones, Sandra was the youngest of four daughters. She was predeceased by her sister Betty Bruso and is survived by her sisters Janet Johnson and Maureen Jones-Ryan.

Sandra was the beloved wife of the late Norman A. Sears and the devoted mother of Sharon and her husband Tom. She was a proud grandmother to Heather and her husband Vince, Matthew, and Emily. Her joy only grew with her three great-grandchildren — Malaya, Addy, and Drexii, — whom she adored deeply.

A compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse, Sandra devoted her career to caring for others and retired at the age of 74. Her kind heart, steady hands, and gentle spirit touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues over the years.

Sandra loved to travel and could often be found with a camera in hand, capturing the beauty of the world and the moments that mattered most. Her adventurous spirit and love of life were evident in everything she did.

Sandra will be remembered for her warmth, humor, and the deep love she had for her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness and care will continue to live on in all who knew her. She loved music, and her favorite song was "Happy" by Pharrell Williams.
