Scott Michael Smith

Scott Michael Smith, “Stick,” passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 40 in Warren, Michigan.

Scott was a laid-back and funny soul who brought laughter and light to everyone around him. He found his greatest joy in spending time with his children—whether it was taking the boys bowling, sharing stories, or simply being together. Family meant everything to Scott, and he will be remembered for his big personality, easy smile, and the love he poured into those closest to him.

Scott was a proud and dedicated journeyman with Sheet Metal Workers Local 292, where he built lasting friendships and took great pride in his craft and hard work.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Suzette Navarre and Jeffrey Smith, and his brother, Brian Smith.

He is survived by his loving partner, Allison, and their children, Preston, Peyton, Christian, and Ayden. Scott also leaves behind his siblings, Rachelle Cetrone (Zac), Brandon Navarre, Devin Smith (Taylor), and Kolton Smith (Caitlyn); as well as his many beloved nieces and nephews—Joshua, Suzette, Zachary, Carter, Amir, Maliyah, Brielle, Brandon, Gabriel, Oliver, Owen, and Rowyn.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 15, 2025, for close friends and family to honor Scott’s memory and the joy he brought to their lives.

Scott will be deeply missed and forever loved.
