Sonya Gail Williamson, aged 74, passed away on September 28, 2025, in Cordele, GA. Born on December 6, 1950, Gail, was a graduate of Ribault High School in Jacksonville, FL. Throughout her life, Gail was known for her soft-hearted and inquisitive nature, which endeared her to many.
Gail is survived by her daughter, Stacy Kepler, and son-in-law, Fred Kepler; her husband, Brian Williamson; sisters, Linda Henderson, Reyne Nix, and Pam Mills; and brother, Joe Turman. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Parrish; stepmother, Peggy Parrish; mother, Ann Cook; and brother, Robert Turman.
Gail had a passion for singing, antique shopping, interior design, and reading, pursuits that brought joy not only to her but also to those around her. Her life was marked by a vibrant engagement with her interests, which she explored with enthusiasm and creativity.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. There are no requests for charitable contributions. Gail's memory will be cherished in the hearts of her family and friends as a beacon of warmth and curiosity.
