Stephen Robert Pino, aged 66, passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2025, in Westfield, MA. He resides in Southwick, Ma. Born on October 7, 1959, Stephen was known for his kindness and zest for life, often engaging in discussions on a variety of topics.
Stephen graduated from Cathedral High School and later attended Western New England University. His professional life included a significant period from 2010 to 2020 at EB Atmus, where he worked as a Sales Representative before retiring in 2023. He was a jack of all trades having worked as a transmission mechanic and banking representative as well.
In his personal time, Stephen had a passion for rescuing animals. He had a love for fast boats, fast cars, and firearm sports, which brought much joy and excitement to his life. He was a master tinkerer. He could fix anything and loved making things better and faster.
He loved his trips each year to Cape Cod and enjoyed the beach and warm weather.
Stephen is survived by his partner of 15 years, Heather Hicks and his 4 dogs and 3 cats; his mother, Helen Pino; brother, David Pino and his wife Sharon; nephew, Michael Pino; brother-in-law, Will Hicks and his wife Michele; and his niece and nephew, Willow and Zander Hicks. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Pino.
Stephen's life was marked by his generosity, love for his family, and the many passions that captured his heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
The Celebration of Life service to honor the life of Steve Pino will be Sunday November 23rd from 1-3:00pm at Roma Pizza, 561 College Hwy Southwick, MA 01077. Enter the side entrance labeled take out. Come enjoy time together, telling stories and enjoying some good food. At 2pm we invite you to share your stories and memories.
