Tanya Michelle Peck-Devenport (Curtis), age 51, passed away peacefully on the morning of November 14, 2025, in Arizona. She was born on April 6, 1974, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Tanya is survived by her husband, Jordan Devenport, her daughter Cherissa Curtis (Haz), her mother Marlene Curtis, her father James Curtis (Colleen) her sisters Jennifer Sarceno (Jun) Lorrie Lambert (Eric) and Corrie Kennelly (Matt) she also leaves behind her nephews and nieces, along with extended family and friends who loved her deeply.
For the past 14 years, Tanya made her home in Ontario Canada, where she built friendships, created memories, and lived a life true to who she was. Tanya touched countless lives with her fierce loyalty, and magnetic personality.
Entrepreneurial at heart, Tanya poured her creativity and determination into everything she touched. She was adventurous by nature and found so much joy traveling the world especially through cruising. The ocean, new destinations, and the excitement of exploring became some of her happiest experiences. She also enjoyed playing poker, acting and reading. Through these adventures, Tanya touched the lives of many and formed friendships that became a meaningful and lasting part of her journey.
In her final weeks, Tanya made it back home to Arizona and enjoyed the warm Arizona sun while being lovingly cared for by her family. Those days were filled with tenderness, laughter, memories, and an overwhelming amount of love, meaningful and peaceful closing chapter to her remarkable life.
A celebration of life will be held in the coming months, after the holidays, to honor Tanya’s memory and the beautiful, unforgettable life she lived. Details will be shared once arrangements are finalized.
Though her time here was far too short, Tanya’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her in her laughter, her bold spirit, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
