Theresa Robb Volkmann

Theresa Robb Volkmann (née Theresa Marie Robb), age 61, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025, in Reno, Nevada, after her long battle with dementia.

A proud fifth-generation Nevadan, Theresa was born on October 11, 1964, in Tonopah, Nevada, to the late Daniel Jensen Robb and his wife, Andrea Jeanne Robb (née Dahlquist), who survives her. She attended school in Tonopah and, after graduating from high school, moved with her family to Reno, where she attended the University of Nevada, Reno — beginning a lifelong connection to the city and the community she loved.

Theresa married David Russell Volkmann in 1995, and together they shared 30 years of marriage. She is survived by her husband, David, of Reno; their son, Daniel Robb Volkmann, of Vancouver, Washington; her sister, Bridget E. Robb; her brothers, John Raymond Robb and Paul Daniel Robb; her nephews, Christopher Daniel Peck, Michael John Peck, Brian Patrick Peck, Timothy John Robb, and Lucas Sean Robb; and her sisters-in-law, Lora Rose Robb and Rique Tina Robb, all of Reno.

Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Theresa's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of one's choice.
