Known to friends, coworkers and family as either Plank, Snoopy, Billy or Bill, he never met a stranger. Bill was a friend to all, the most caring friend to those close to him. His wit, wisdom & intelligence will be sorely missed, as will his problem-solving abilities. Bill could do anything, but in later life limited himself to fishing, reading and playing golf. The oldest of five children, Billy began work at Johnny K's at a very early age, learning to butcher meat, in Stamford, CT. After high school he joined the Airforce, serving as a weatherman in Alaska, while attending college with a major in math. He then worked for UPS, starting as a driver, working his way up to regional manager. He married Jeanette Brogan, eventually moving to her home country of Scotland. He is survived by his two daughters, Tracey McLean (John) and Kimberly Clark (Robert), as well as three granddaughters, sister Kathy Adams, and brothers Tommy and Timmy, as well as several nieces, nephews and Melanie Barsotti, to whom he was committed for many years. Bill had some signature phrases, including: "If it's meant for you, it won't go by you", "It's not how you start, it's how you finish", "I'll wait here for you", and "Have fun". Words for you to live by, in memory of Bill.
